Hair Piece Returns and Exchanges

We offer full refunds on any stock hair piece if you are not satisfied with the quality upon receipt. We typically do not offer refunds on any liquid or adhesive product, but exchanges are possible. We rarely have to issue refunds. In most cases exchanging a hair piece for a better color match or size will solve the problem. If you plan to return a stock hair piece for a refund, or wish to exchange for a different model, please do the following:

  1. Do not alter the hair piece in any way - cut, color, etc. If the hair piece is not in the condition we sent it to you in when you return it, we can't resell it, and therefore cannot issue you a refund.

  2. Contact us before making any return or exchange - feel free to call us any time, or just send us an email to let us know you'll be sending back a hair replacement. If you don't contact us first you assume an increased risk of the piece getting lost.

  3. Securly Package the hair piece and return it to us - we recommend shipping via Priority Mail and getting a tracking number to ensure delivery.

  4. We'll Contact You - when we receive your return, we'll get in touch with you either to collect necessary information to refund your payment, or to confirm the exchange.

  5. We'll Exchange Your Hair Piece - with no additional shipping charge. We want you to be comfortable ordering with us, and that means we'll take the responsibility to get you the right color hair piece.
