How to Order a Repair
- Download Our Repair Form - Fill out as much information as possible - be sure to include your phone number and email address. If you have problems downloading the form, please contact us for alternative instructions.
- Send your hair piece along with the repair form to the address listed on the bottom of the form. You MAY include a check or money order, but it is not required.
- Once we receive your package, we'll contact you to go over the details and collect your payment.
- Repairs generally take 4-6 weeks. We'll ship your repaired hair replacement system back to you as soon as we receive it back from the manufacturer.
